Welcome to the Anderson Springs Community Services District! We are pleased to provide your water service.
To establish new water service, please complete the Water Service Application and Agreement. You may:

Download and print the application, then mail the completed form to the District office.

Complete, sign, and email the application to andersonspringscsd@gmail.com.

Security Deposit
A security deposit equal to two months of base water service ($220) may be required to establish or restore water service under the following circumstances:

The applicant has a history of late payments with Anderson Springs Community Services District.

Two or more payments have been returned for insufficient funds within the previous 12 months.

Water service has been disconnected for nonpayment within the previous 12 months.

The billing history associated with the service address reflects one or more of the above conditions.
In most cases, the security deposit will be refunded after 12 consecutive months of on-time payments, provided the account remains in good standing.
If water service is disconnected due to nonpayment, a security deposit will be required before service is restored. In these cases, the deposit will remain on the account for the duration of service.
Security deposits are non-interest bearing, and no interest will accrue or be paid on deposits held by the District.
